Discover the Action Learning Approach

Action Learning is a powerful approach to management and personal development. It is about practice learning from the experience of doing. It involves small groups of peers, action learning ‘sets’, who meet regularly to work on, and implement solutions to real work-based challenges or opportunities.

In our interactive Workshop you’ll …

  • Learn about the Action Learning approach

  • Explore the benefits it can offer players in the cultural and creative industries

  • Reflect on business and learning development opportunities and needs across the cultural and creative industries sectors and their production and management roles

  • Practice your peer coaching skills

  • Experience the process of action learning in a live sequence

  • Meet and interact with other industry professionals
