Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Principle: Human in the Loop

We use AI-powered tools in our work to provide you with the best possible consulting and information services. The principle of Human in the Loop always applies: All AI-generated content is reviewed, curated, and approved by us. Final decisions and quality control always remain with humans.

Areas of AI Use

1. Content Creation and Communication

For creating texts, concepts, and communication materials (website, newsletter, social media), we use AI assistants such as Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI). These tools support structuring, research, and text creation. All content is editorially reviewed and adapted.

2. Visual Content

AI tools may be used for creating graphics and visual materials. AI-generated or AI-assisted visual content is labeled accordingly.

3. Consulting and Analysis

In our consulting services, AI tools may be used to support analyses, research, and concept development. Personal data of our clients is not transmitted to AI services unless expressly agreed and documented.

Data Protection in AI Use

No automated decision-making: We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effect or similarly significantly affect you (Art. 22 GDPR).

No transfer of personal data: Personal data (names, email addresses, contact details) is not entered into AI systems unless required for the agreed service and expressly approved.

Transparency: AI-generated or AI-assisted content in our communication (e.g., newsletter) is labeled as such where the AI contribution is substantial.
